Sorry, don't know what happened...

I may be off in the dark, but I do not quite understand what is meant by the phrase "upgrade grounding"---can someone help me out by explaining the process and the need/desire for such a modification?

The factory grounding wire for the maxima goes from the battery to the body to the engine. Some company's claim that better grounding produces better performance. Hyper ground is one of these. I actually bought their product, but have not noticed any major gains, though I have not had time to dyno it.

Their principle makes sense, but the gains are less than 5-7 hp.

You can probably go to a Home depot and purchase large wires and make a kit for less than 30 and would do the same thing.
