Tire related question.

Well its time for new tires and I was wondering what size you guys put on your oem rims. I was thinking of buying 225/50/16 rather than the original size of 215/55/16... Would you guys recommend that upgrade? Thx.

I'm getting that size for my Yoko AVS ES100. The error to the speedo is minimal.

They actually are my favorite size for the Maxima.

I've tried:
245/40 18 *Looks only
235/40 18 Felt good.
225/40 18 Too thin, what was I thinking!
225/50 16 They will fit your 16X6.5, look good on 16X7s
215/55 16 stock SE
215/65 15 snow tires only
205/60 15 *my second favorite size on the Max (track)

Wow, that's a lot of rubber you've gone through. Thx for sharing the experience with us all.
