Getting ready to swap clutch - comments

I am gonna put in a new act clutch this saturday but i wanna make sure that it is definetley the clutch that is giving me problems. It has been slipping just over 25% throttle and the let out point is horrible. But today i bleed the lines for good measure and took it out for a spin. At first it was still slipping but then it started to catch and drive normal. Then i let it sit and now its back to slipping again. Any thoughts?

maybe the lines are holding pressure causing the slave cyl to not fully retract.

What would cause that. The slave is brand new.
