How do you secure the rear license plate?

How do you secure the rear license plate?
I got new plates to put on the car. The front was fine but the rear only has 2 of the 4 clips and 1 of them is pretty busted. How do some of you mount the rear plate?

Go to autozone they should have some metal clips with screws. Just take the ones you have in there and show them to the people in there and they will show you where they are.
