brighter corners (again, i know)

brighter corners (again, i know)

I'm srry to have to post thisquestin, its really a wast of space but i can't search. I understand why we can't but i'm only 16 and can't donate anything....

any way i need to find the site that gives instructions on how to get brighter corners. (by cuting of one of the contacts...)

Thanx for any help and srry again for wasting forum space

I'm sure it's somewhere in the FAQ's..but anyway this is how you do it.

Take out the 1157 bulb. There are two 2 posts on the bulb - one is higher than the other. Grind off the higher one (the one that is closer to the glass). Put some electrical tape around the post that you cut off. Install the bulb backwards in the socket (lower post goes where the higher post originally was. Wrap some tape around, if it is wobbly. Enjoy your brighter corners!

i know but there was one guy who had his own site and did it. He had some pics that i need of before and after
