Intake Opinions REALLY NEEDED

I live in Northern virginia and i wanted an Intake for my car, so i bought one from procarparts.com, BIG MISTAKE. Now that im not going to install it i have some questions on what you think i should install. I have been thinking about either a Jim Wolf Performance Intake OR a Stillen Hi-Flow intake. My question to you guys would be is what do you think would be better, Im not really going for speed, but i need to pass that ****ing Emissions test, i would love your opinions

Notice any Gains from switching to Injen? I'm broke and im in the process of building my own "injen" style intake.
