Sprint springs...cut rear coil???

I just ordered some sprint springs, and wanted to know what side (front or rear) you cut a coil on... I don't remember seeing which side looks higher??? Do you cut a top coil, or is there a dead coil?? Thank you very much for the help guys...and gals

You cut the rears. Cut one of the coils off that are closer to each other. (Dead coil). This is a must is you want it to look right. Check my homepage for a few pics.

$137 brand new off of a guy that sells them off of ebay.

One coil cut is plenty...

Cash, you just cut one complete coil off of the rear springs. Make sure you cut one that is located by the ones that are closer together. The closer coils hense a dead coil and that is what you take off. Find the coils that are closer to each other and cut one of them off. One complete go round.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it a lot! The progress springs just aren't doing it for me. I sold the whole kit (tokico's and progress springs) today and finally will get the drop I was looking for in the first place. I had ground controls, but that was awful ride, and now I have 19's and progress and it looks 4 x 4. It is just too bad that nobody has KYB AGX's available right now. I checked all my vendors and custommaxima and everyone is out. So the tokico blues will have to do for now.... It is too short of summers here to wait 3-4 weeks for agx's.... Thanks again boys.... I will post some pics with the 19's and sprints when I get them...
