You should buy shock and strut mounts and make sure they take everything off the old shock and put it on the new one...

I.E. Dust boots etc...

I'd suggest new dust boots at all corners plus new strut bearings in the front. Everything else can be reused.

depends on how many miles you have. i only had around 40K on mine when i put my springs/shocks on and simply reused all stock items...no problems so far.

If your car is more than 5 years old or has quite a few miles, definitely also get new strut mounts. Ditto on the boots and bearings.

Local stealership has what you need. Check the FAQ too, I think they have part numbers for the dustboots from autozone that fit the agxs perfectly. something to do with a miata or something.

Tirerack has KYB mounts which aren't as good as OEM. Research the parts list you want then hit JRNissan up for a quote. Without the discount you are talking some serious $$$. Also, lest you think that any of your mounts/boots/bearings are reuseable, let's just say that in the event that any of them fail, you will be re-doing the labor AND throwing in another alignment. In my case (blown mount) my front tire was slighty ruined by excessive inner wear and also had to replace my KONI insert because I could not get the retaining nut off for the life of me. Live and learn...
