I usually drive my Maxima everyday (97 GXE auto) but I took a trip lately and did not drive for a week. Coming back, it was a brisk night, around 50 degrees, and on startup, I had about a second or two of valve rattle. I know this is common on Maximas since oil takes time to reach the top of the engine, but has anyone figured a way to fix this problem? I use Mobil One Supersyn 5w30 with Nissan OEM filter. This happened once before when I did not drive my for 3 days, on a warm day (65 degrees).
