The rims are nasty. The body kit is a killer, though.

I hate the ghetto-style rims too. BTW, it's an Infiniti, not Infinity.

I've been contemplating on getting that kit

a lot specialy today.I would have gotten it a long time ago but the $2104+ atleast another $1000 for paint and install .Theres only one company that I have seen that can even get it so they rape you on the prices.Do you guys think that kit is just a front lip and rear vanlence{side skirts} or a hole bumper? BTW I love everything about that car even the rims. Also I think that rear bumper looks almost addentical to mine,do you guys agree?

That car is jacked....

I wish my Max had bumper covers that wrapped around like the Infiniti's. It makes the the body look so smooth. Personally, I don't like the Stillen kits (or the AE for that matter) b/c they look like they look too much like an aftermarket bolt-on.

That Inf kit looks like it comes with the whole front cover, which is prob why it's so expensive.

I consider myself to have very conservative tastes, and I think although that car is kinda showy, it's def not "ghetto". To me, ghetto is when the wheels don't look/fit right, etc. That car is set up nice. It's a close tie between that one and the white one from Hawaii, I30Cefiero.

.

Ghetto rims are normally declared when you look at the car's wheel's & all you see is huge amounts of chrome, like this car. This car looks like it should be driven by a hustler/drug dealer in some metropolitian city. I do have a couple comments about that car, by the way whose is it??

The front looks really really nice, except what were they thinking by keeping the front license plate on??? Taking off the front license plate is illegeal in some states, but so is driving 5mph over the speed limit, and driving around with 0% tints on the front windows. By the way, too bad those aren't mirror tints, they would look so much better on that color car. I think the exhaust is really nice, do you know what that is, that can't be stock. The emblem on the top right should definitly be removed though, the others look allright though. Also remove the stickers on the front windshield/back window, it's still a luxury, not rally car.

What year/model is that?? That's an i30??

Hey Emax95, I think you should save up and buy the whole kit all at once because if you buy the kit pieces all seperately it'll cost more because of the tax. And I remind you, when you buy and ship stuff from japan to the U.S., they tax the $hit out of it. And yeah, that kit is the whole front and rear bumper and side skirts.

i just dont like the rims, not that they are chrome, i think even chrome would look good on that but only if it had mirror tint on, but the fact they just dont look good to me. I would put some 5 spokes on.

Someone should have taken that car out the oven a long time ago, cause now it's overdone! The WHEELS! put that car over the top. They're not my cup o' tea, but there are folks on this board who would probably dry hump 'em. It's all a matter of taste...

'ghetto-style rims'

I just drove through Ford Heights, IL earlier this week and I saw a set of rims that looked just like that, very similiar in style; except it was on a white benz. Ford Heights (outside of chicago) ranges from #1-#4 poorest town in america, aka. the ghetto.

Your right though, another term should be coined since I'm sure that infiniti is not owned by someone living in the ghetto. It's just a stereotype term (stereotype term = debatable), like rice.

emax95: You seem to like your car a lot and I'm pretty ignorant on i30's, and I just have a couple quick questions about it if you don't mind.

1) How much did yours cost?
2) What car is similiar to it? ex. maxima is often compared to a v6 accord/camry
3) What kinda engine does your have?
4) What kinda mpg do you get?
and last but not least, 5) Is that front license plate a bolt-on, in which if it is removed there's two big holes in the front bumper?

Thanks.

I30's are infiniti maxima's. (nissan makes infiniti)
1)They cost around 32k for bottom of the line.
2)They are almost identical to maxima's. Theyre just a little more upscale. Just like the Lexus ES300 is to the toyota camry.
3)It has the Same 3.0 VQ engine as the Maxima

look at the similarities.

The I30 in the picture posted is not from Japan.A few reason's why,the headlights are 2 piece not one piece,The tail lights are red on the edges and most importantly it is badged as a Infiniti I30 and not a Cefiro.

I noticed it said "Infiniti" and "I30" on it, but the web sites extension was co.jp, so that was the reason I said that. I had a feeling it wasnt japanese because of the Civic coupe on the site.
