Is it possible to strip the gold off of the Maxima letters/hamburger? I was just wondering if anyone has ever done this? They are pretty faded and it is silver underneath so I thought there might be a way to strip the gold color off. Is this possible or a waste of time?

Everything on my max is SILVER except the hamber in the grill... It used to be gold.. But it faded off.. Thank God

 

I personally would just shave it, gold anything on a car makes me

 

Thats why I want to make em silver.
