your struts aare probly blown. new struts OEM or aftermarket but would also need shocks aswell and the mounts.

Due to the high spring rate and low drop they should be paired with Koni Yellows, KYB AGX, or Tokico Illuminas. Ground Control recommends that they only be paired with Koni Yellows.

Which can be found here:

protorque converter i got from jeff at maximum tuning.
everyday driving is fine. it's when you step on it out of the hole it revs up to 3100rpm before it takes off or you can torque brake it and hold the tach at 3100rpm. either way it takes off like it is mad at the world. it's kinda a dr. jekyl/mr. hyde sorta thing

as long as you set them correctly like the page says, then yes you will have no bouncyness at all.

well the springs are still very stiff...so the ride still won't be like stock, but new shocks will be able to dampen the high springrate adequately.

i have gc's on stock shocks too...i feel your pain

I've always thought 1 is the stiffest one. everytime I set it to 4, it is so soft and bounces.

It probably feels soft on 4 because it feels a lot smoother, as in the shock is actually doing more work resisting the spring. Like everyone else learned in another thread, the ride actually IMPROVES when you turn up your shocks.

The information on that page was obtained directly from an email from an KYB employee, so I'm pretty sure it's correct.
