i bought some thing off there web site and i'am still waiting for them to charge me on my cc whats up ? its been 3 days do they normally take this long? this is my first experence with them please help?

 

I ordered something yesterday also, and I did not recive anything from them yet. only thing I got is a email saying the part was ordered with order # I hope they don't mess me up, I have appoinment for next tuesday. And I need those parts...

 

I ordered a part from them awhile back and they didn't charge my CC right away because the part was backordered. My guess is that you're in the same boat...

 

Damm that will suck, I hope not.

I have a wholesale account with Stillen and even when I order, I will have a tracking # and my packages will be in transit before they charge me. They will charge you trust me, chances are they have already shipped it out, just call and talk to the rep you ordered from and he can give you the info.

 

I email them, I was hoping they would email me back, so far nothing. but If anything I call them tommarow.

 

As a good business practice, most retailers will not charge your card until they ship the products.

ya i had my front strut brace on my car for a week or more till they finally charged me... BJJ how did you get a whole sale accnt what rep do you use????!??
