I think my gas gauge is shot, i filled up yesterday and when I did, i got back in my car and drove off and noticed I only had 3/4 of a tank. Well I've been driven around the past 2 days and my gauge is now above the f line, and it hasn't moved. I've probably driven 40 miles at least, probably more like 60, and its still above the F. Does anyone know how expensive this will be to fix.

 

when i fill up my tank, it stays above the f line and doesnt move for about 55 miles or so. my gauge acts funny somethimes but its always worked fine and i think its normal.

 

yea, its never happened b4 though, but i probably just haven't noticed it
