gauge lights dont work & acc doesn't work. Help!

My gauge lights dont work & my acc doesn't work. Help! Is there a fuse that controls these? I can't find one. I checked all the fuses and they are all fine. Please help.

Turn the lighting wheel up.... Maybe it got turned off somehow

checked it. doesn't do anything.
