The past few times I've started my car, I notice all the dash lights turn on as normal when the key is in the ACC postion. However, when the engine turns over, the red oil light gives a few flashes and goes away. The flashes are sporadic, you could even call them flickers. It "flickers" a few times within about 2 seconds.
Any ideas why?

 

Its normal, when you turn teh engine on the oil is pumped from teh bottom through the engine. At that time there is low oil pressure so the light turns on.
