I would love to know the same thing. I never knew mine were adjustable. I noticed though last night that it had a ADJ on the bottom and an arrow pointing clockwise. Something must turn to adjust them. Tell me if you find out.

You have to remove the shock. Then compress it all the way and then turn the shaft. Clockwise is stiffer I believe.

Now how hard is it gonna be to compress all the way? Also will there be an indication that it is actually doing something?

I've done mine before, it's pretty hard to compress, but you can do it with two hands ontop of your allen wrench. I'd highly recommend setting them to 3 half turns. Instructions to do so are here:

Info about adjustment is here:

On the rear, isnt three half turns all the way? Also i looked and mine had two little holes on the top instead of only one in the picture. I dont have a tool from koni so how can i adjust them once i compress them?

It's just a regular allen wrench that you put in the end to adjust them. Nope 4-5 half turns. All the info is on the drewm.dyndns.com website in my previous post
