Do I need a new Knock Sensor

How do i know when i need a new 02 sensor.. or whatever... i'm not sure... my gas milage sucks.. about 20 mpg...

still need to get a tuneup...

still need to clean throttle body...

need to get better mpg!

Do that tuneup, check for codes. If you just getr a KS code, you have a problem, if you have another code other than teh KS code, such as an O2 sensor, then change that sensor, it might/should get rid of the KS code.
