IACV & TPS Questions

When the IACV is cleaned, is there a gasket or O-ring or both that should be replaced? Also, does anyone have the TSB on the revised TPS adjustment procedures, #NTB 99053 that they can post....or know what the details of the TSB are? Thanks...

I just recently cleaned my IACV, it was real dirty. I just cleaned it, didnt replace any seals or rings, I hope its not that big of a deal. I want to check out my TPS, just to check, was it easy to check yours?

In doing a search on the tps adjustment, there is no mention anywhere of this revised tps adjustment tsb that came out in 1999. I asked my dealer to print me a copy and, when they do, I will post the procedure if it is different from what has already been detailed in other posts.
On the IACV, some of the previous posts say to replace a rubber o-ring on the valve and the gasket if you are removing the housing from the intake. My dealer only showed the gasket between the housing and intake. He didn't even list the IACV as a seperate part; he showed it together with the housing for a '99 Max.
