Q: Rear shock mounts
I looked in Haynes and all over the forums for some pictures to help me but nothing compared to my mounts for the 95 Maxima.
Looks like (from the top) a rubber bump stop sitting on the mount assymbly (appears not seperable) which sits on a rubber base. There doesn't look like any type of bearing and doesn't need replacing.
Anyone have any pics or links to a site where I can compare? Thanks.

Ok there is no bearing the rear because no Maximas ever came with a 4-wheel steering assembley. Bearings are used to rotate your strut when you cut your wheel.
As for the mounts, if all of your rubber seems solid and isn't wearing, you should be good to go. I will try to get some pictures up for you later tonight.
