Dynomax Turbo Muffler

I just had a Dynomax turbo muffler installed today on my 96 Max. I actually got the sound I was looking for. A deep sounding tone. My only problem is it's a little too soft. My question is will it get louder over time? if so how long will it take to get louder.

This muffler is great if your not looking for an over agressively loud sounding muffler. It's soft but deep toned.

I've got a random aerospeed muffler and i got the sound i wanted too with the same problem alittle too quiet but deep and nice around 2700-3500 rpms. It won't change most likely unless you get a new b-pipe or at least i've heard such.

do you have a ypipe? or is your exhaust all stock besides the dynomax muffler?

It's a chambered muffler so it won't have the bad drone.

Mufflers tend to get slightly louder once it's heated up nice and hot (and sometimes with age). Or at least it seems that way when I get off the freeways.

Yeah my exhaust set up is all stock except for my muffler.
What does a drone sound, sound like? I haven't had the chance to take it on the hwy yet but today I will be.
It's a nice sounding muffler deep in tone, but I would like the deep tone a little louder.

I tried getting a sound clip of my dynomax..it did it no justice, It could not record such a low decible. I have a y and dynomax ..it's still a lil soft...but after it warms up a lil bit it's a nice tone.
