GXE cloth door panels - are the removable?

I bought some leather seats last year, and I don't really like the vinyl door inserts I currently have (when it gets really hot they stretch, don't look right, come out, etc.).

Are the cloth door panels removable from the GXE Maxima, or are they permanently in there? If they're removable, I want to buy some leather (yes, I know the OEM panels aren't really leather...) ones (from an SE or a GLE) from eBay or something.

if you want, I have a set of leather seats.com door inserts in black 'leather'

I dont think the cloth comes off, we have always just laid the leather or vinyl over it with adhesive

keep the cloth on and put the leather or vinyl over it. the cloth will come off though but you need it there to make it more "puffy" when the leather is over it.
