Soft suspension

Hello, I'm a Newbie who has just purchased a really nice '97 Maxima with only 50K on the odometer. The car is in super condition, and has replaced my '91 that was getting a little tired. I've noticed that my '97 has a softer ride than the '91 had. Are there any good aftermarket struts that are available that would give my car a more sportier ride? By the way, I love this newer model. Thanks in advance for any help, John H.
