haynes manual says to replace the gasket when doing TB cleaning...where do i get this and what size?

Check Autozone or PepBoys. Dealership would definitely have it, but would probably be expensive. Personally, I use a roll of cork gasket material I have and make my own gaskets for stuff like that. Comes in real handy when the car is torn apart and you realize you need a gasket.

autozone didnt have it and neither did advanced auto nor the the dealership...they ordered it for 4 bux and itll be here sat.
