LSD question

I was wondering about an LSD install... I don't wanna do a conversion to a RS5F50V tranny, cuz I'd have to swap out the axles... I don't really wanna do the quaife either cuz it costs a lot... is there any cheap way to install an LSD? I need to replace the RS5F50A with another tranny, what would be the easiest/cheapest/best thing to do?

Yea, I looked up the Phantom Grip, but I have a 97 5spd and it says only for 98 5-speeds and up... why's that? Are there any other choices? Does Shadow make an LSD for 5-speeds?

So then there probably wouldn't be a reason why I couldn't get it... but then again it does say 98 +... if I was smart I'd ask them why but I'm not.

All you need is the differential. Shadow sells the Innovative Performance LSD Differentials. They are the company that used to make them for Vitek. His prices for the differential are a little over half of what the Quaife sells for new. I do have this differential, and although I can't speak much of it because I have yet to fully finish "testing" it and "beating" it, I can tell you that I LOVE it and it competes equally with the Quaife in terms of performance and warranty.
