Is my transmission ****ed?

I have a 95 Se 5spd with a new Exedy stage 1 racing clutch. My problem is my car will not go into gear if I floor it. Even if I floor it and shift at 4000 rpm I cant get it in to the next gear or if it does it grinds into the gear. It shifts fine when I drive normal shifting fuel economically. The car just had new fluid put in(80w90). I check the clutch reservoir and it was empty , so I topped it off, but I am going to bleed it today. Any ideas? Please help me.

Where does your clutch grab, up high or close to the floor?

If it grabs close to the floor, you need to bleed air out of the system.

If it grabs normally, then you might have bad syncros in your tranny.

hehe, I don't know if you "top" something off that's empty...

but yeah, could it be with the empty reservoir, there is a leak in the hydraulics? I would think this could make for hard shifting, if not having your clutch pedal stick to the floor.

Find out where that fluid went, deal with that, bleed, and then see how things go.

I have also noticed there is alot of "play" in the clutch. The pedal can go down halfway before the pedal feel stiff.
