Radiator Problems w/ '95 SE

The other day my father's car (236,000 miles) overheated. I don't think it's ever done that. Anyway, there was a CEL, so I went ahead and checked it and it was the Coolant Temp Sensor. After replacing it and flushing and refilling the radiator, I turned the car on and let it warm up to operating temperature to see of the problem had been fixed. It didn't overheat. But after a while I started to see steam coming from the top of the radiator, but not from the cap. WTF??!! Can anybody tell me why it's doing this? Does the whole radiator need to be replaced or can it be fixed? Thank you in advance.

FYI- The steam was coming up when it originally overheated, so I don't think it's the cause. What I'm worried about is the leak.

Immediately after changing the coolant (and splashing coolant/water over the radiator and other parts) it will "steam" a little when the engine warms up. It should go away after about 15minutes of driving. Just keep an eye on the temperature gauge just in case it overheats (crack in radiator?)
