Budget parts question

I am thinking about buying the Budget Y-pipe and B-pipe for my 98 Max. Are these parts that I can just bolt right on? I want to keep my factory muffler and tailpipe. Are the gaskets something I can get locally? TIA.

yes, they bolt on and they come with the products. enjoy.
