Under WOT I notice that either my Cattman SS y-pipe or RT Tech high flow cat are vibrating. Does anybody know whats causing these vibrations and how can I go about fixing this problem?

Get underneath the car and yank on the exhaust. Look at where the noise is coming from and either damp it or bend it out of the way.
