High beam alternative, when HID installed?

Hey guys, i just installed my 7000k hid's, and now im wondering what i can do with my high beams. When the lights are turned on, and when i turn on the high beams, they just shut off, how do i make it so that nothing happens??? and that the lights stay on?

Anyone do nething like this?

you can wire the high beam wire to the positive of the HID system. Make sure that you use a diode on the highbeam so that the Highbeam indicator doesn't turn on when you have your lowbeams on.

why would you do that since it has no function? Why not just disconnect the wire? Just a question...
