Question of Conversion

I am seriously thinkin about converting my auto to a 5-speed. I would apprecite any input as to the long term durability and any unsuspected problems resulting from a conversion.

YOU NEED:
-money
-time
-2nd car to drive around
-a mechanic/friend
-manual tranny
-possibly new clutch/flywheel
-clutch fluid resivior

god knows what else....
