idle speed question

idle speed question
hey guys the idle speed that Nissan say should be 700rpm, is that in park and Neutral or is that in one of the drive gears?

My idle speed is a prefect 700 during park and Neutral but it drops to 600 when in drive. Is that normal or should it be 700?

Mine is 700-750 in drive. I just cleaned the TB a few days ago and it was going crazy, but now it's back to normal.
