Headlights and corners with black around the housing?

I have seen these and know that they are anniv. edition or something? Where can I get them? I think they would really look good on a black max, very clean.

It's Something you have to do yourself. There's a write-up for it on VQpower.com.

Well VQPower.com is currently down, but just to give you a rough idea... you just take apart your headlight, mask off the chrome and spray with spraypaint a few time, use paint for high temps...then just put the lights back together!

Pic doesnt do it justice, i need some daytime pix but my friends and gf said the car looks a lot meaner now ^_^ . It's easy...but like Noob said its time consuming. The hardest part for me was actually taking the headlight itself out and putting it back in. My friend and I kept messing up (like realizing that we didnt put the 5 clips on the headlights back onto them AFTER they were already on the car... ) but if ur not careless it should be an easy job.

Did you paint the whole lense? or just the housing? I was trying to figure out where to paint on the clear corners..

i put them in the oven and eventualy the glue and plastic got hot enough where i could open them up and slide then over the taps so that it opens up.
