Price options for selling car

I am looking for input to price my car for sale pretty much as is.

I do not want to do the part out thing again as I took too long to get it all done last time and made some enemies from my own delays

I am estimating that the price it would be worth and cost someone else to get it in the shape it is in would be close to $21k...I know that is not what someone may think reasonable to put on a 4th gen but the prices add up easy.

I have a 1999 GXE auto with 64,800 miles.
It has been seen quite a bit around So Cal and mast people know how much pride I have in my car.

I do take a specific interest in how it runs and do not dog my car...it is my daily driver so anything I do has to get me back to work safely and transport my kids as well.

The car on its own is worth $10,800 from www.KBB.com from my estimates in stock form...price list itemizing all mods and changes can be provided upon request.

I am certain the addition of Lo-Jack and the existing 10,000 miles of extended Nissan Security plus warranty will help in the sale of the car.

So I am asking for ALL PARTIES TO ESTIMATE a fair price within reasonable amounts of what someone would pay for the car as is...my website offers pictures of nearly all items I have...dyno is pending perhaps this week but should not be contingent factor.
