Cylinder 4 misfire...Help

My car has been starting hard and I had a Backfire into my intake so I pulled codes. Cylinder 4 misfire is what I came up with. I checked the injector, plug and coil...All were ok. I'm out of ideas. Someone told me it might be my fuel pump going out, but i don't know about that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Kevin.

A misfire detected by your ECU is most likely caused by the coil pack.

Ok, But would't it miss all the time? It doesn't sound like its missing when I'm driving. Over all it runs fine, but it starts hard.
You're probably right but i'm just checking.
