Adjusting KYB AGX... HELP!

I just lowered my car with h&r springs on stock suspension, and the ride got extremely bouncy and out of control. so, the time has come to buy new struts---will i assume will fix the problem...(correct me if I'm wrong). For people with the same setup (H&R and KYB AGX) what setting do you put your suspension on for the best ride? I want it to handle a lot better than stock, but i don't want it to be annoyingly harsh. any suggestions would be great. Thanks guys!

i have ground control coilovers and i run mine at 2(out of 4) in the front and 5(out of 8)in the back. ride is a little hrash.. but it is still smoother then all out hard seting in place.

2 in the front and 6 in the rear. Lowering on stock struts is a nono. They're to weak to dampen the H&R spring rate hence your bouncy ride.

Definitly, that will fix the problem. i have kyb/agxs on my ride as well. allow your springs to break in for maximum comfort. i have my fronts set at 2/4 and my rears set at 8/8 for a stiff ride. On the highway, the handling is EXCELLENT!!! There's nothing like holding corner @ 110mph!! on the street, avoid potholes as usual.

I have KYB AGX with GC. The setting I use is 2/4 in front and 4/8 in back. I think it is fine unless you start hitting any bumps on the road, then it feels too harsh, but that is expected.

You'll thank me when you take a drive after you install them with your H&R springs. I guarantee that!

the answer is it depends.... on the terrain you travel, your driving habits and preference.

Honestly, 1/1 (front/rear) is near stock... and go up from there. i drive with 1/1 in the city, and 2/4 on the highways and on long trips.
