Gauging difficulty of replacing rear engine mount

Hey everyone, I have a 1998 infiniti I30 which I know has a bad engine mount. I have put it up on a lift and can see and feel the tears in the rear mount. My question is how difficult is it to replace the mount, the top bolt looks hard to get to. I am a do it yourselfer and have done a lot of work on cars, but never an engine mount. Can any of you sum up your experiences with this repair?

It takes about 15 minutes to remove from the engine. You have to remove the driver's side wheel and get at the through bolt with a long extension.
