I think its my 95 auto transmission going bad

Hey, sorry to bother you guys, I have a big problem but not too sure what it is, i've always taken my car to the dealership to get it serviced and is well maintained, it has 130 plus thousand miles on it. Now whenever I drive my car...atleast everyday the car stalls and its an automatic, i have no clue whats goin on and atleast maybe every 2 or 3 days, the car acts funny, rpm bouncing up and down whenever I let off the gas pedal, im guessing it wont downshift, no clue at all....I would really appreciate it if any one of you guys would help me out. Thanks for your time you guys, keep up the good work.

also to add about my problem, whenever i start the car at times....it barely starts up, and when it does (usually takes one more try) it sounds like one of the pistons is misfiring, and whenever it does, i rev and it shows the rpm struggling itself to go up....ne suggestions ?
