Airbag lamp blinks after disarm/arm of ABS

Anybody's ABS warning lamp begin blinking only after going through the steps to disarm the ABS system in order to safely work on dash components (stereo)? I followed the directions in Haynes manual, but when reconnected two yellow terminals (dr and pass) and batt, I got the ABS blink. I'll try the door plunger-switch reset as indicated in the link I attached. (Yes, I read..) Just wondered what anyone else experienced.
