I'm a city boy from Ohio, but I'm willing to bet there are more folks in Iowa that own a John Deere tractor. In fact, I'd like to hear about some of those tractor mods you guys do. I'm serious! I have a bunch of cousins that grew up on farms, and they were always tinkering with their tractors, even their lawn tractors.

Well I don't know about tractor mods. I have driven by a tractor show off I 80 and saw 100s of them but I don't know anything on that topic. My neighbor builds cotton pickers for John Deere and makes 100K per year doing it! Amazing.

I bet I've seen examples of your neighbor's handiwork. Down here around Memphis, it's Mississippi Delta country. There are cotton fields down here that stretch to the horizon in all directions. On both sides of the river.

I'm used to seeing big fields full of corn, but not cotton. If I close my eyes and take a deep breath, I can almost smell the sweet aroma of corn! You know, my grandpa always used to tell me that his corn grew so fast, you could hear it squeak! Man, I need to make a trip home this summer... Take care.
