Does an auto-dim rearview mirror come stock on a 97 Max? if so, does anyone have a picture of one in their car? Please post pic if so.

Nope, the auto dimming doesn't come stock. I've seen someone use a GM auto dimming mirror w/ compass in their max. Looked good.

 

Not that I have one of these installed in my max but I've read on here that ppl have ordered an I-30 autodim mirror and have installed it in thier maxs, you might want to do a search on this

Thanks. Just bought an I30 mirror on ebay for $31. I've noticed that my stock mirror does not work as well in the nightime position as the one in my truck. Especially at dusk. I get reflections of my sunroof onto the mirror. Maybe the auto one will work better since the position never changes? Guess I'll find out.
