Transmission Question...

Yep, I know a lot of you have seen allllll my posts about my transmission woes... and I've got another question. My car is in the stealership for the transmission shifting hard 1-2 in the mornings, and after it's been sitting for a while. They told me that it was described as a 'positive shift' and it's a normal thing. He also said that the transmissions that you didnt feel shift were starting to slip and wouldnt last as long as mine. Anyone else have a rough shift from 1-2 in the mornings or after its been sitting for a while? Is this true, or is the stealership giving me the run-around. Serious replies only please...as I've only got 500 miles on my warranty, and I'm a bit concerned. Thanks in advance for the help
