blown fuse?

Hi all, new guy here and i've got a question. So i was trying to re-wire my clearance lights today and i snipped off the top nub on the light and put the light back in. After i did that i heard a pop and now my clearance lights and my tail lights dont work (tail lights work when i press the brake only) Any idea what went wrong? If i blew a fuse which fuse was it? Thanks.
