About hybrid part of the intake.......?????

Does anybody know if that part (the hybrid) is better than the stock boxy-looking thing between the MAF and the throttle body? Should I get this thing here: ? I know the kit is incomplete cause I also need a MAF adapter like the one here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2430881629 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2431602514. Am I missing anything? I already have a cone filter. Please tell me if you know where I can get these parts cheaper. THANKS!

P.S. Isn't this basically the same exact setup (the one described above) as the Frankencar Hyrbid intake (except for the cone filter) which goes for like $150? I don't get it...someone explain.

Yes it's the same. The cone of course is NOT K&N so you could change that out for another $50...

That's one of your intake resonators. Keep it. Read this post.
