Levoc Shifter Install...easy/hard?

Just trying to find out what's involved with installing this shift lever before I buy it. Anyone who has this, what's needed for install?

take off stock... cut o/d wire. splice new wires for new shifter. stick in and screw down.

i have a different one but they are installed the same. overall not too bad. had a friend help me do it. if you're comfortable cutting and splicing wires, you should be fine.

it's not good to mislead people with quick times. if you've never done anything like this before, leave a good 45 min. it actually took me 1.5 hrs when i did it on my altima cuz the OD wires were so short and i had one of those stupid universal wire cutter/crimpers that wouldn't fit in the tight space.

The one you have shown is sitting lower than usual. The Levoc **** higher than this installed, unless you cut the shifter post down about an inch or so.

I guess it was because i've done it on another max before, and it took about 15-20 mins was why i posted it that way. He's right; if you havent done this before, it'll take you longer.

45mins-1hr is about right. best of luck.
