I just purchased a 97 GXE with 36k on it. I also got the extended warranty. I would like to add a y-pipe, new intake, and an RT hi-flow cat. My question is will these mods void the warranty. I have read through the warranty pretty thoroughly and did not see anything about mods such as these. I would assume that at least one of these mods would void the warranty. However, I used to own a 94 Z28 with a Lingenfelter Cold Air Intake, a Hypertech ecu upgrade and a Borla Catback exhaust and the warranty was still good with these mods. So I'm not sure if the warranty will be void or not.
Anybody have any ideas about this???
