Complete Tune-up

My max has 134,xxx miles and I know that its time to perform a complete tune-up. From A-Z what has to be done? And will I notice an increase in power after having it done?

Fuel & Air Filter
PCV Valve
Clean your Throttle Body
Dump a bottle of Techron in your next fill up
Change your Oil, Coolant, Power Steering Fluid, Transmission fluid, brake fluid and inspect/change your drive belts. Rotate your tires, check air pressure, inspect your brakes, Vacuum-Wash-Wax and Enjoy the Ride!
