i have pacesetter..it feels good to me.. doesnt feel "cheap" or anything. feels better thank stock in IMO..but i guess there is consensus that pacesetter feels cheap.. iono?? i have it set to about 85% shorter throw..

only thing i dont like is the shifter still stands a lil too high for me.

The hight isn't what makes a shifter short throw, you can cut your shiffter in half and the throw would be long as hell, what matters is the lenght from the ball to the linkange hook up, the long that is the shorter the throw will be.

yeah the height has nothing to do with the throw.. but i still just wanted to shifter to stand shorter.. the throw with the pacesetter is almost perfect.if it wasnt such a pain to adjust, id set it a lil shorter.. but its fine the way it is..

if you make your shifter shorter in length, the throw WILL be shorter.. Imagine that the pivot point stays in one place, and you make the part above that shorter. by simple geometry the distance you move the shifter has to be smaller, although not as short as if you actually install a shortshifter that makes the part below the pivot point longer..
