grab a camera, head to ur nearest police station and explain to 10 officers what had happend and what the police did. but dont explain that u were in maxima and she did the turn. just say "this is what happend and this is who they have decided is at fault. now what do u guys think? who is at fault?" once 10 offiers aprove that the car making the turn was at fault, then ur est to go take it to court and show it to judge as proof. u can even sue the stupid police offier who says ur at fault. im serious about this, go do it. any police u see in street, stop and ask them!

96 ft is quite a bit for 42 mph. In my accident over the winter i was going about 52 mph and the cop said my skid marks were about 25 ft. I had winter tires on and no ABS and didn't downshift.
