Wheel Hub ?
How many people that have changed their wheel bearings have also changed their hub assembly? Just wondering, beacause the dealer said that the hub sometimes becomes unusable after pressing the old bearings out. Is this true?

A good dealer / shop will not harm the hub by pressing it out. However, a bad bearing left in the hub for a long time will score the inside of the hub, and those gouges will make the new bearing wear more quickly. If not knowing what you are looking at, you need to find a shop / dealer you really trust. Have them tell you if it needs to be replaced.
BTW - I've replaced both front bearings and it's a common thing from what I've seen / heard

Thanks for replying to my question. I am going to drop off my car right now. The parts department there charged me $56 dollars for the bearing and seals. Their regular price was $98 dollars. They always give me a discount when I tell them that I am a member of Maxima.org
